Responding to specific urban mobility challenges in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America, MobiliseYourCity Partnership has adapted the SUMP methodology.

In this training session, we will explore the basic concepts of sustainable urban mobility, the SUMP cycle together with its phases and steps, the MobiliseYourCity implications for the core SUMP principles, and the main features of a modern and sustainable urban mobility system. This session will further elaborate in the adaptation of the SUMP concept in Asian cities, showcasing the specificities of MobiliseYourCity-supported SUMPs in the continent.
